We follow the API 1104 and ASME B31 pipe welding procedures which include root pass, filler pass, and cover pass in down and uphill positions. 6G Certified.

Viking Welding and Fabrication started 10 years ago when Ken left the military after 10 years of service. The company is family owned and has solid morals and professionalism with experience to complete any size project. Ken has 17+ years of welding experience going back to his military career dealing with marine structural welding and repair. Ken's experience in structural steel erecting and fabrication has allowed for great growth in Jacksonville and the surrounding counties. The company has grown in the Jacksonville market and covers all of the surrounding counties of Clay, St. Johns, Baker, Nassau, and Volusia. Viking Welding is a avid supporter of Military and Civil Service employees and will give discounts to all active military and civil service employees.
